Business Development Management

Brian M. Leonard serves as director of business development for Omniflight’s Eastern region. In this position, he oversees independent-based business development efforts across various states throughout the Eastern part of the country. He initially began his career with Omniflight as business development manager for the Florida region, and was quickly promoted to handling the entire Eastern region.

Prior to joining Omniflight, Leonard was a territory sales manager for Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals. Earlier, Brian served as a marketing manager at Universal American Financial Corp., a diverse financial services company.

Leonard brings extensive sales and marketing experience earned directly within the healthcare sector to his business development role at Omniflight.

He received a Master’s in Business Administration in marketing and international business from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in biological sciences from the State University of New York at Cortland.
