Senior ManagementOmniflight has assembled a top-notch management team with executives whose cumulative experience spans several decades. Robert A. Peiser, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
During his 30-year career, Robert A. Peiser served in numerous senior-level management positions ranging from companies spanning the aviation arena to a host of food and beverage businesses. Currently, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Omniflight, he oversees all day-to-day functions of the business. Peiser is a seasoned airline industry executive, having spent three periods of duty with Trans World Airlines (TWA) and also serving as Chief Executive Officer of Colorado Springs, Colo.-based Western Pacific, a regional airline. Peiser also was President and Chief Executive Officer at Imperial Sugar Company for more than six years; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Vitality Beverages, Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer at Orange-co, Inc. While serving in each of these roles, the respective companies secured leadership positions within their respective industries. Peiser is also affiliated with Wind Point Partners, having served as an executive advisory partner for approximately 10 years. Additionally, he has served on the boards of several of Wind Point’s portfolio companies. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of a range of publicly and privately held companies including Team, Inc (NASDAQ-TISI); America’s PowerSports, Inc. and Precision Partners, Inc. Additionally, he also serves on the Board of a variety of not-for-profit organizations, including the National Association of Corporate Directors; the Houston Symphony; Rice University (Jones Graduate School of Management) and the United Way of Greater Houston. Anthony J. DiNota, President and Chief Operations Officer
Anthony J. DiNota joined Omniflight as President and Chief Operating Officer in November 2007, bringing nearly 25 years of aviation-related experience to the company. In his leadership position, DiNota oversees the company’s operations, regional organization, maintenance and clinical services. His focus is on the development and implementation of various initiatives that will further enhance Omniflight’s safety, quality, reliability and availability. DiNota is a seasoned aviation industry executive, having served as Chief Operating Officer at Atlanta-based Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA), a $1.3 billion regional air carrier, before joining Omniflight. Previously, he worked with Delta Air Lines in Atlanta for 10 years in a range of leadership positions. He began his extensive aviation career at The Singer Company in Stanford, Conn., as Director of Aircraft Maintenance. James F. Nieves, Vice President of Human Resources
James F. Nieves is Vice President of Human Resources and has been employed with the company in this role since January 2007. His human resources career extends over a 25- year period. In this position, he oversees all human resources-related functions including employment, recruitment, benefits, payroll and human resource information systems. Previously, he was Vice President, Human Resources at Metromedia Restaurant Group in Plano, Texas, a $750 million privately held firm and leading multi-concept table-service restaurant groups. Prior, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, a nationally recognized private, not-for-profit 400-bed pediatric academic medical center serving the needs of over 325,000 children annually, with more than $900 million in annual revenue. Nieves also served as Vice President of Human Resources at PacifiCare Health Systems, in Dallas, a leading managed care provider and at Brink’s Home Security in Irving, Texas, a residential security systems company. |
