OMNIFLIGHT HELICOPTERS, INC. RANKS 19th IN 2007 DALLAS 100November 15, 2007 ADDISON, Tex. … November 15, 2007 … Omniflight Helicopters, Inc., a leading national provider of air medical services, announced today that the company has ranked 19th in this year’s Dallas 100, an awards program recognizing the Dallas area’s 100 fastest-growing privately held companies. The 2007 Dallas 100 winners were selected based on increases in revenue from 2004-2006 and percentage of growth achieved during this period. Companies eligible to participate were independently, privately held corporations, with sales of more than $500,000 but not exceeding $75 million during fiscal 2004. These entities needed to show a three-year sales growth history. “We are honored by the recognition bestowed to Omniflight from this prestigious awards program. During the past few years, the company has grown dramatically, as evidenced by the acknowledgement we received from this year’s Dallas 100 ranking. Recently, we appointed a new senior management team to implement a growth strategy that will allow us to achieve even greater expansion in the nearly 75 markets we currently serve while also taking the company into new areas. As one of the top providers of air medical services nationwide, Omniflight is well positioned to capture additional market share, and we hope to continue to be recognized by the Dallas 100 as we execute our plan. We look forward to the prospect of participating in this competition for years to come and to continue being a part of the vibrant Dallas business community,” said Steven T. Plochocki, chairman and chief executive officer at Omniflight. The Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business is responsible for compiling the rankings and has done so for more than 15 years. Omniflight learned of its ranking at a reception on November 7, 2007 at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas. Christine Perez, assistant managing editor at the Dallas Business Journal, a sponsor of the program, commented on the Dallas 100, stating: “This contest is a tremendous public service for the Dallas community because it showcases the area’s boldest entrepreneurs and recognizes the sacrifices they made on their way up the ladder of success. The companies named have made significant contributions to the local marketplace by generating thousand of new jobs, increasing the tax base and fostering the Dallas-area’s reputation as a premier economic development center. We are pleased they comprise our growing business community.” Addison, Tex.-based Omniflight Helicopters, Inc. is a leading provider of air medical services throughout the U.S. The company owns 100 aircraft nationally, and operates from 72 bases in 16 states, with a strong presence across the Southwest, Midwest, and Southeast regions.
